This textured, crisp and mineral white is produced from Malvasía Volcánica, a grape that is truly indigenous to the Canary Islands and its unique terroir. A volcanic explosion that lasted from 1730-1736 covered the entire island in lava and ash 3-5 meters deep. The volcanic ashes (also called “picon”) that cover the topsoil help retain water and protect the delicate vines from from the scorching sun. This entry, from winemaker Ignacio Valdera, is fascinatingly crisp and bright, with lush floral notes and hints of white peach and Asian pear on the palate, backed by a mouthwatering, salty finish. Lothian Estate is situated in the mountainous realm of the cool Elgin Valley. The estate is run by Gavin and Ewen Wilson, who hail from 3 generations of Cape winemakers. They now have their sights set firmly on crafting Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with finesse and elegance that reflects the unique landscape of the region, Lothian works closely with renowned winemaker and Master of Wine Richard Kershaw to produce these impressive single vineyard wines.
Pinot Noir comes from a 3.25-hectare vineyard planted to two different clones on Table Mountain sandstone soils. The vines were planted in 2005 and are trained on a three-wire trellis system. The grapes were harvested by hand.
This natural wine pours a pale mid-ruby color with garnet highlights. Elegant on the nose, aromas of ripe red berry and stone fruits are complimented by spice and a lovely floral note. The palate is fresh, lively and juicy with soft, fine-grained tannins that perfectly frame the sweet fruit and leads to a refined and savory finish; a mineral spine adds complexity. Enjoy with dry-rub pork chops, assorted cured meats or a good book.\\n\\nMonos GR10 is a natural wine blend of Grenache Tinta 85%, Cariñena 12% and Syrah 3%. The grapes come from vineyards that are from 30 to 85 years old, located at 700 and 800 metres above sea level. To produce 4 Monos GR10 the grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are vinified whole together with their stems. The fermentation is spontaneous, i.e. the yeasts that ferment the sugar in the grape are the grape’s own, and commercial yeasts are not added to ferment. Lastly, once the wine is fermented, it is aged for 9 months in oak barrels, in foudres and in concrete tanks.

Unoaked wine results in a pleasant yet rich character wine with robust honeybush tea aromas. The Chenin is delicate and silky on the palate, with supple tannins and succulent yellow pear characters. 20% of the grapes were crushed and fermented on skins for 24 hours before pressing, the other 80% were left on the skins and fermented for seven days.

An orange wine from the sherry region, aged in barrels previously used in the production of Oloroso sherry. The “imaginary friend” of this wine is the skins of Pedro Ximenez, instead of its own Palomino skins, which winegrower Alex says are not as delicious tasting as those of PX. Just 10,000 bottles were produced of Supernova Blanc, Ca’n Verdera’s premier white wine from the indigenous moll grape grown in the cal vermell soils, consisting of red, iron-rich clay and limestone with small and medium-sized galets. The flagship Supernova Blanc originates from the best plots of old-vine moll from bush-trained vineyards planted in the 1950s in the villages surrounding Binissalem, including the village of Santa Maria, which are considered the finest vineyards in the area. Grapes come from the Cas Pastor, Cas Verd, Son Borrás, and Plà de Buc plots, planted at 130 meters. This complex island white is medium bodied, with a profile of citrus, chamomile, fresh herbs, fennel, and white fruit notes, which provide great freshness. Wines are made with low intervention and minimal sulfur at bottling. Production is necessarily very limited, as every bottle in this garage winery is sold each vintage.Vinification – After manual harvest in small boxes, the must is held at cold temperatures for four days to separate the gross lees naturally. 20% is then fermented in 500L French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks. After five months of aging on the lees, with stirring of the wine in barrels for 3 months, the wine is clarified using bentonite clay before being bottled.

Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wines in France. It is notorious for its elegance, balance and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern limit of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the Mistral wind. All thirteen varieties of the appellation have been organically grown since the sixties.\\n\\n2021 is a vintage marked by freshness, which is similar to the vintages we had in the eighties and nineties. It is also what we call a \\\"winegrower vintage\\\", human intervention and the care given to the vines were decisive for the quality of the vintage. Marked by climatic vagaries, with an episode of frost in April and interrupted harvest because of rain, this year has indeed required constant investment from our teams in the vineyard. Their attention and their commitment have borne their fruit: this vintage is very promising with lots of freshness and great balance.

Château Du Parc is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc matured in 50% new oak (medium toast). It has a rounded and opulent bouquet with a boysenberry jam and raspberry nose. This wine is quite modern in style. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and good acidity.
The wine has a rich red color with sheen and great intensity. Very ripe, red fruit notes on the nose contrast with spicy notes with beautiful complexity. On the palate, it has a great onset; frank, direct, and sustained by beautiful red fruits throughout the tasting which linger in the mouth. Spicy and light wooden notes are present throughout.
Our suggestion is to serve Château Du Parc at 18°C (64°F) and to let the wine breathe for at least 60 minutes before enjoying. Our wine is best enjoyed after it has been decanted with sharp cheeses, red meat, succulent duck, or a fine cigar.

Domaine Bart is a renowned producer in the Marsannay appellation of Burgundy, France. They have a rich history, with the family being involved in winemaking for six generations. I was born from a selection of two old vines parcels facing south: one from a unique Alsace schist terroir and the other from volcanic sandstone terroir. I was vinified with whole clusters, I express blueberries and black cherry tones sustained by cinnamon and pepper notes. In mouth, my balance delights the palate through finesse and freshness.\\\" The wines labeled \\\"Par Nathur\\\" are vinified and bottled entirely without SO2. Nathur is an amalgam of nature (as in vin nature) and Arthur (Bernard's son, who has pushed for sans soufre vinification.)
