Authentic liquor of exceptional power - thanks to the 130 plants, roots, herbs and botanicals that compose it. It is the only liqueur made entirely from natural elements, and to age in oak casks and in bottles. Its green hue is also natural from chlorophyll that is released from the maceration of the plants. To bring out the aromas, Chartreuse is consumed with ice cubes. Anise-scented -- sweet at first sip, then herbaceous in the middle, showing fennel, pine, tarragon and mild floral notes. The finish is spicy and warming, with anise, white pepper and ginger heat. It's beautifully complex and a key ingredient for the classic Last Word and other cocktails.

Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wines in France. It is notorious for its elegance, balance and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern limit of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the Mistral wind. All thirteen varieties of the appellation have been organically grown since the sixties.\\n\\n2021 is a vintage marked by freshness, which is similar to the vintages we had in the eighties and nineties. It is also what we call a \\\"winegrower vintage\\\", human intervention and the care given to the vines were decisive for the quality of the vintage. Marked by climatic vagaries, with an episode of frost in April and interrupted harvest because of rain, this year has indeed required constant investment from our teams in the vineyard. Their attention and their commitment have borne their fruit: this vintage is very promising with lots of freshness and great balance.
100% Gamay

The wine has a rich red color with sheen and great intensity. Very ripe, red fruit notes on the nose contrast with spicy notes with beautiful complexity. On the palate, it has a great onset; frank, direct, and sustained by beautiful red fruits throughout the tasting which linger in the mouth. Spicy and light wooden notes are present throughout.
Our suggestion is to serve Château Du Parc at 18°C (64°F) and to let the wine breathe for at least 60 minutes before enjoying. Our wine is best enjoyed after it has been decanted with sharp cheeses, red meat, succulent duck, or a fine cigar.
